Carburetor Rebuild: Disassemble and thoroughly clean the carburetor body. Ensure the internal passages are free of varnish. The dual-needle design allows custom tuning: start by gently seating both the high-speed and low-speed needle valves, then back them out roughly 1 to 1.5 turns as an initial starting point for fine-tuning on the water under load.
